I was inspired to blog by Wayne Olson's Fathers of the Christian Church blog (no surprise there, eh?) - here is my blog's scanty pedigree.
How does one decline "blog"?

As always, I suggest with uncommon courtesy. As in, "No thank you, I don't believe I will have the blog today." Or,
"What a lovely blog. I'm sorry but my religious conviction prevent me from participating." But never, "Blog is of the evil one and all who participate partake of his feast," or "You mean you blog?" (nose wrinkled as in distate for something malodorous.
I hope this brief lesson in declining blog may be of service to all of your listeners.
